By creating an account, signing in or using a SpenVest Nepal service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use only accounts they are authorised to access. Merchants are responsible for assigning appropriate team roles and removing access when staff responsibilities change.

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate suspected misuse or comply with law.

Current merchant tools may include POS records, catalog and inventory management, staff permissions, restaurant workflows, storefront ordering, promotions and reporting. Feature availability may vary by business type and release stage.

Merchants remain responsible for products, pricing, stock accuracy, customer service, fulfilment, taxes, required registrations, receipts and compliance with laws applying to their business.

Storefront orders are accepted and fulfilled by the participating merchant. Unless a future provider integration is clearly identified as live, SpenVest records a merchant-confirmed payment method but does not initiate, hold, safeguard or settle customer funds.

Disputes about goods, fulfilment, refunds or externally processed payments should first be raised with the merchant. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm cancellation, refund and platform dispute responsibilities.

Rewards features are promotional records subject to merchant programme rules and technical availability. Unless expressly stated in approved programme terms, SVC is not money, a bank deposit, legal tender or a guaranteed cash entitlement.

Full redemption and financial-grade ledger controls remain under development; broad public reliance on reward balances must not begin until those controls and programme-specific terms are approved.

SpenVest-operated driver dispatch and ride-hailing are coming-soon product areas and are not currently available. Merchant-managed delivery references mean the merchant arranges fulfilment.

Separate driver, rider, safety, insurance, pricing, incident and transport terms will be required before either service launches.

You must not break the law, access another organisation or customer without authority, probe security controls, submit malicious code, manipulate transaction records, misuse personal information, interfere with availability or use the service for deceptive or prohibited activity.

Service access, pricing and future fees will be communicated before they apply. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

SpenVest and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding and documentation. Merchants retain rights in their own content and grant the permissions reasonably needed to host and display it through requested services.
